If you have a concern regarding care at Lakeland Regional Medical Center, we want to address the matter as soon as possible and encourage you to contact one of the following:
- If you or your loved one is still in the hospital, notify any hospital employee of your concern or ask to speak directly to the appropriate department manager/director.
- Or you may choose to contact LRMC's Risk Management Department at (863) 687-1025 or the Patient Safety Officer at (863) 687-1100 ext 2360. All efforts will be made to resolve your issue(s) by the hospital.
